Registration Information
Registration fees are the major source of funding for the conference and a significant percentage of registrants will make program presentations. All presenting authors must register and pay the appropriate registration fees by March 15, 2010. Should a presenter fail to attend the conference to make their presentation (oral or poster) and has not given at least 3 weeks cancellation notice, they will be billed the appropriate registration fee. Participants also will be responsible for paying their own travel expenses. Speakers DO NOT RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION.
The following is included with a paid registration:
- conference program with affiliation, phone, fax, and e-mail of all participants
- admittance to all concurrent and general sessions
- welcome reception (Sunday), poster reception (Monday), lunches (Monday and Tuesday), complimentary coffee breaks
- a copy of the conference Proceedings volume
